10 years of Eventprofslive: Spencer House, BAFA 195 and the Mayfair Townhouse ( July 2025)

For our 10 year anniversary, we wanted to celebrate a decade of bringing corporate event professionals together in a setting that was fitting.  And the Meet in Mayfair initiative was the perfect collaboration that aims to bring venues together to host events in the Mayfair area.  

We kicked off the celebrations at a remarkable and memorable venue to reflect on the past decade of what we’ve achieved as a networking group.  Spencer House is tucked away in Mayfair overlooking Green Park, it is such a tranquil spot! Spencer House is an inspiring venue for a celebration, the house is hired on an exclusive basis providing opportunities to create an unforgettable event.  There are eight stunning rooms and a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the park.  The house can accommodate up to 450 people for receptions, 120 people for dinner and 100 people in theatre style.  The house is full of history and a tour guide can enhance your event by providing all the insights and fun stories for your delegates.  Spencer House is simply stunning and it was the perfect venue to start our celebrations at. 

Next off we headed to BAFTA 195 Piccadilly which is BAFTA’s iconic home and a unique venue to hold events at (and support a charity at the same time).  The venue is a stunning listed building but don’t worry it has state of the art facilities! Before exploring the spaces, we enjoyed a delicious brunch which included a number of plant based options, the standard of the food was incredibly high and our members loved the dishes.  A highlight of the day was taking to the stage in the Princess Anne Theatre where we highlighted our BAFTA winning moments! The team provided a full showcase of the event spaces that range in sizes from 10 – 300 people, there are nine spaces including two screening rooms and a terrace.  The venue is perfect for screenings, conferences, dinners and receptions.  

For lunch, we went to the Mayfair Townhouse where we ate a delicious Asian inspired lunch whilst we reflected on our iconic moments over the past 10 years – only fitting in an Iconic property! There are five event spaces, ranging in sizes from intimate events for 10 to larger events for up 100 people.  The Mayfair Townhouse is the perfect location for your accommodation requirements providing stunning bedrooms, excellent location and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
