Familiarisation (Fam) trips are oh so important to us event managers. It gives us a snapshot of a hotel or venue, it allows us to experience and get to know a venue first hand.
We at Eventprofslive know that our time as Event Managers is precious, our weekends are our time to relax so we have built our FAM trips with that in mind.
Our FAM trips are open to our members only and only those that book hotels and residential events.
A typical agenda would be:
- Check- in with arrival drinks and canapés
- Venue tour
- Afternoon activity
- Dinner and drinks
- Overnight stay
- Breakfast at leisure
