We all get those briefs….“we would like a unique team building experience that is fun and not too serious….” well we can highly recommend Swingers Crazy Golf for all these briefs!
Last week, we got to experience the magic of Swingers in the City – don’t worry as much as the name might suggest there are no keys involved in the team building event! Upon arrival we were welcomed by our wonderful hosts with a glass of bubbles in our semi-private area overlooking the main space. The City venue has two 9-hole crazy golf courses, five bars, three high-end food outlets and a range of spaces that can be hired for groups of 12 – 500 people.
After catching up with each other and getting to know more about the venue, we were divided into teams of 3 – 4 people per team and off we went to tee-off on one of the 9-hole crazy golf course. It really was great fun, each hole was designed differently and provided the perfect opportunity for some team building – we had a couple of new members and it was the best way for them to get know everyone! As well as playing crazy golf, you can take your drinks around with you and they even top you up as you make your way around the 9 holes!!! After adding up the scores, we headed back to our semi-private area to continue chatting over food……the food was AMAZING! There are 3 outlets (Pizza Pilgrams, Patty & Bun and Breddos Tacos) serving up hearty food that matches the venue perfectly. I’m still dreaming of the vegetarian burger from Patty & Bun! The venue has some amazing packages for group bookings – no one will leave hungry!!
They’ve recently opened in the West End as well which is based on a similar concept but with a different look/feel, some additional food outlets and also has meeting spaces. We can’t wait to check out the spaces at the new location!
