They are driven by a diverse community of 350 event professionals, project managers, experience designers, event planners, creatives, performers, pedagogical thinkers and tech heads.

They are a team with a fabulous mix of creative, structured, innovative, organized, connected, and dedicated people who love what they do, and it shows.

With multiple flights from London daily, a sample itinerary for your event in Denmark could look like the following:

For public transportation, join the train or the metro; the journey from the airport to the centre of Copenhagen by public transport only takes 12 mins! Our most sustainable option, without a doubt.

Their green motorcoaches will be best if you prefer to keep the group together.

They can also take your group to your hotel by RIB boats from Copenhagen Airport. Their luggage will be transported by motorcoach directly to your hotel.

At the hotel, VIP check-in at a private desk and the possibility of a welcome lounge, sweet & savoury snacks will be served, as well as hot and cold drinks.

Free late afternoon to relax and get ready for dinner.

The fantastic Balanchine Lounge venue is located by the World-famous Tivoli Gardens by the heart of Copenhagen. Tivoli Gardens was founded in 1843 and has become a national treasure and an international attraction. Fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen visited many times, as did Walt Disney who even found the inspiration to his own Disney World here.

The group will be welcomed by the Tivoli Youth Guard Band. During the Welcome Reception Dinner, participants will enjoy the fantastic view over Tivoli from Balanchine Lounge, located at the top of Tivoli’s Concert Hall. Possibility to surprise the group with a private ride in one of Tivoli’s roller-coasters, including a photo opportunity during the ride. The printed photo with the company logo will be sent to participants as a welcome gift to their room.
