Legendary European hospitality with a focus on a deep devotion to the local community and culture is the ethos of the fabulous collection of hotels that are the Oetker Collection.
Their collection is remarkable, counting L’Apogée Courchevel, Le Bristol Paris, Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, Château Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence, The Lanesborough in London, Eden Rock-St Barths, Jumby Bay Island in Antigua, Palácio Tangará in São Paulo, The Woodward in Geneva, Hotel La Palma in Capri, and more than 150 private villas around the globe amongst their portfolio.
It was a privilege to work with the collection via Mickael Billy (Head of Sales Europe, Russia & CIS, Oetker Collection) to bring their portfolio to our members, meet the team and see a presentation of the fabulous Le Bristol Paris at The Lanesborough last week. What an evening.
Our event was held at the stunning Lanesborough Hotel where our guests were met on arrival with champagne, amazing canapes (still talking about the sausage rolls on the member’s chat) and time to get to know our hosts and reconnect with each other before our evening commenced.
Once all members had arrived, we had a full tour of the gorgeous property and its stunning event spaces. Situated just a minute’s walk from Hyde Park Corner Station, the property was awarded the No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa., The Lanesborough is London Glamour at its finest.
After our site visit, we briefly introduced the collection and held a virtual visit to the iconic Paris property, Le Bristol. This property is glamour personified, and its six meeting and event spaces must be seen to be believed. They are stunning.
After the presentation, it was on to dinner, where the food (and wine) was outstanding, the service even more so, and our members left with many an idea of what they could use this iconic property for.
A huge thank you to Mickael for hosting this event; our members loved it. It was beautiful to see the Oetker Collection in such a wonderful setting. If you have an inquiries for this fabulous collection, please do drop us a line and we can connect you.
