As we close out the year, it’s time to look back on the stories, insights and experiences that defined 2025 for our EventProfsLive community. It was a year of reconnection, inspiration and professional growth for corporate event professionals across the UK and beyond!
From immersive venue discoveries and curated networking dinners to thought‑provoking discussions on career development, this year reaffirmed why a strong, engaged community lies at the heart of what we do. We held supper clubs focused on AI, we continued to strengthen partnerships’ and it’s just been an amazing year!

One of the strongest threads through our content in 2025 was a celebration of places and spaces that inspire new thinking. From the elegance of The Langham London to the restorative atmosphere of Chewton Glen to Nobu and our international FAM trips. These showcases weren’t just about beautiful spaces; they helped planners imagine events that foster connection, creativity and impact and we used our events as a way to bring members together. As usual we saw friendships forged and we saw A LOT of knowledge sharing.
