Last weekend, we partnered with Destinations Unlimited, XPTO Events and DMC, Hosmark Hotels, and TAP Air Portugal to deliver an unforgettable FAM trip to Lisbon. Over three days, we explored venues, experienced the city’s culture, and built meaningful connections, all while showcasing Lisbon’s versatility as a corporate events destination.
Programme Highlights
Day one
- 10:15 – Meet at TAP Air Portugal check-in, London Heathrow
- 12:25 – Flight to Lisbon
- 15:10 – Arrival and private transfer to Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel
- 18:00 – Hotel site inspection
- 19:30 – Dinner at Tivoli
Day two
- 09:30-13:00 – Venue visits, Fronteira Alorna Palace, Estufa Fria, Carlos Lopes Pavilion, Beat Convent, Sud Hall
- 13:30-15:00 – Lunch at Terrazza Restaurant followed by Sud Hall visit
- 15:30-17:30 – Lisbon city tour
- 19:30 – Walk to Bairro Alto
- 20:00-22:00 – Dinner in Bairro Alto
Day three
- 08:30-09:30 – Optional AI meeting
- 09:30-11:30 – Leisure time
- 12:00-13:00 – Lunch and departure to Lisbon Airport
- 16:05 – TAP Air Portugal flight to London Heathrow
- 18:55 – Arrival back in London

Hosting a FAM is one of our favourite types of events we deliver at Eventprofslive. It gives our members the opportunity to experience the full end-to-end journey, from checking in for their flight at the airport, to hotel arrival and in-room gift experiences, through transfers, external venues, and F&B across multiple properties. The same experience our delegates receive!
What makes it truly special is the immersive nature of the programme. Over 48 hours, you are surrounded by like-minded event professionals, sharing insights on industry topics, forming relationships, and doing it all while doing your job. It is professional development wrapped in real-world experience, and that is why I love a FAM. Judging by the energy and feedback from our members, we think they loved it too.
